2 oz Stoli Hot
½ oz dry vermouth
Garnished with a bleu cheese stuffed with Peppadew.
Pineapple Peppadew Martini
1 oz Smirnoff Vodka
2.5 fl oz Pineapple Juice
Garnished with pineapple stuffed Peppadew.
Sausage, Peppadews and Onions
1 lb of sweet Italian sausage (removed from casing )
1 tbsp. of olive oil
½ sweet Vidalia onion sliced into ½ in pieces
1 jar of Peppadew Mild strained and sliced thin
Sautee sweet sausage in olive oil until slightly browned. Mix in onions and Peppadews. Cook until onions are translucent.
Serve on a sliced torpedo roll and enjoy!
Prosciutto & Mozzarella Stuffed Peppadew
1 jar of Peppadews drained
1 container of ciligine mozzarella
½ lb prosciutto
Wrap the ciligine mozzarella with ½ slice of prosciutto - stuff into Peppadew.
Use toothpick to hold it all together.
